Is there a difference between free credits and purchased credits?
No. They share one balance and reach the same models.
Do credits expire?
Check-in rewards, subscription credits and purchased credit packs do not expire. Sign-up and promotional credits may have their own validity period; check the offer details and your credit history.
When does the daily reward reset?
At 00:00 UTC. The card at the top of this page counts down to the next reset.
What happens if I miss a day?
The next check-in pays day 1 again. Credits you already claimed are not affected.
Can I generate without an account?
Yes. 10 images a day on the free models, no sign-up. An account adds the daily check-in and the premium models.
Can free credits be used on every model?
Yes, premium models included. One balance, no model restrictions.
Does a failed generation cost credits?
No. Credits spent on a failed generation go back to your balance.
Can I get a refund on purchased credits?
Purchased credits can be refunded while they are unused. We count your free credits as spent first, so if your remaining balance is still at least the number of credits you bought, the purchase is untouched and refundable. Contact support and we will review it.
